Has anyone had trouble with 40Watt, Biax type fluorescent tubes?
Have a customer with 9 month old 2x2 fluorescent light fixtures. They have 40W Biax type tubes (Ushio CF-L40SE835). Has about a dozen lights going out. Has to turn off power before lights will come on again.
Ballast heating up to an irregular temp?
Change the light switch from a 15amp residential spec grade switch to a 20 amp commercial grade switch. See if that solves the issue. I take it they're all on that same switch?Also check your voltage drop on that circuit. They are really kinds of pains in the butt if you want the truth.
