Ok so i sold an item then the guy says I don't want it so I filed a case saying the Buyer doesn't want it and I told him he needs to respond and say ok but he has not responded yet.It cost him €300 and I got a €30 commission fee thing-a-mi-jig.So What happens if he never responds to the case of me saying The buyer purchased the item by mistake.Will eBay give me my final value fee??I know he's not going to respond so How long do I wait?DO I get my fee back.Also, If I open a case saying Payment not received and the person never responds.What happens there???

You wait 4 days. You go to ebay, you sign in, you click HELP (top right) and 'Resolution Center'. You choose the 'unpaid item' selection, fill it out -- and let ebay take it from there. They give him a certain amount of time to respond. If he does not, you can 'close' the dispute - and get your refund.
