How can I make my finger nails super strong & long?
I've grown up being a nail biter! Sometimes I would wear acrylics. But for the last lear I have let them grow and get strong. They were beautiful, but recently they have been getting weak and breaking again. I eat well & exercise, take vitamins and tan sometimes. What can I do to bring them back?
This sounds gross but drink plain gelatin before it gets gooey. It tastes grainy but it works. My nails grew twice as fast and it made my hair thicker and grow faster too.
