what else should I include in my guppy tank?
Ten gallon tank with hood and lights
-lots of plants, hornwort, floating plants, willow leaf hygro, dwarf hygro polysperma, duckweed,lucky bamboo.
-a few decorations
-sand substrate with river rocks on top (so the fry can get into the crevices)
-15g filter, with pantyhose over intake.
-heater @ 75F

I really like reflective backgrounds and they are great in planted tanks.
The blue metallic ones are really nice, or a mirrored back is my favorite. Here are some nice choices you might like that give you both options!

I often use just plain black as well and it always looks nice.
FYI, duckweed can be a pain! It needs to be scooped out often otherwise it chokes out all light to the lower level plants. I would avoid it if possible. I have it in several tanks and I hate the stuff. Once you have it, it is almost impossible to get rid of. Please do not flush the duckweed or put any in local waterways. Once it gets hold of a water system it can reap havoc!
Also, lucky bamboo is intended to grow out of the tank. It does poorly fully submersed.
